Raphael Brown – Founder

Raphael graduated from the University of Melbourne with combined Law and Science degrees. A business lawyer with meticulous attention to detail, Raphael continues to draw on his technical and scientific grounding in all of his legal matters. Raphael is a versatile lawyer with in-depth expertise in intellectual property, commercial contracts, general commercial law, and dispute resolution and litigation. He is a true “people’s person”. His legal style is relaxed but confident, and he strives to develop close working relationships with all his clients. Raphael is expert at tailoring legal services to the unique commercial needs of each of his business clients.

Naama Kramer – Practice manager

Naama is a highly-experienced administrator and manager. Before moving into the legal sector, she worked as a project manager in the technology sector. Naama draws on this diverse background in servicing the needs of our clients and supporting our lawyers.
